Hospitality leader Edyn has announced the launch of its newest brand, Cove. Joining Edyn’s disruptive lifestyle hotel brand Locke, Cove is conceived as a new serviced apartment brand defined by flexibility, technology, and thoughtful design. Cove was developed with business and leisure travelers in mind, and will feature apartments equipped with fully fitted kitchens and living rooms populated with signature sofas and bespoke kitchen tables.

“We have a tremendous opportunity to evolve and grow Edyn at a time when flexible, thoughtfully designed accommodation has never been more in demand,” says Edyn CEO Stephen McCall. “Combined with the foresight of our investors behind us and a world class team leading the brand, the launch of Cove will allow us to transform the traditional serviced apartment model and bolster our portfolio.”

Edyn plans to transform eight of its existing Saco properties into Cove outposts, complete with new fixtures and furnishings. The maiden location, Cove Paradise Street, will comprise a large communal courtyard and 77 contemporary one- to three-bedroom apartments housed within the Liverpool ONE development in the UK. Outposts in Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester Nottingham, Reading, and three units in London are slated to follow.
